President
Keith Reilly is the President of PrintMail, leveraging 14 years of leadership to guide the organization to prominence in digital and print document composition and delivery services. His strategic vision and client-focused approach have expanded PrintMail’s capabilities across financial, healthcare, insurance, automotive, and other sectors, driving growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Keith’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence continues to propel PrintMail forward, solidifying its reputation as a trusted industry leader committed to exceeding client expectations. He is a USMC veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and holds an MBA from Penn State University.
David Reilly
Vice President of Technology & Operations
As Vice President of Technology and Operations at PrintMail, David spearheads the development of cutting-edge digital and communication products. His role focuses on improving value and customer experience by using industry expertise to create innovative solutions that meet the strict demands of the financial services industry.
Before his current position, David held several Product Management roles at PrintMail. He also honed his skills in product management, process re-engineering, and digital transformation during his tenure with KPMG’s Management Consulting practice. David is a licensed CPA and PMP, and he also holds multiple certifications in Product Management and User Experience Design.
Brian Reilly
Vice President of Digital Marketing Services
As Vice President of Digital Marketing Services, Brian oversees a specialized team dedicated to generating measurable results for brands in regulated industries who want to accelerate awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Prior to PrintMail, Brian has held marketing positions at both local and international agencies, remaining at the forefront of digital strategy and tactical execution for hundreds of brands. Brian holds numerous certifications in data analytics, search engine optimization (SEO), digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing automation, social media, and more. His insights have been shared at various conferences, podcasts, and publications, including American Bankers Association, BankingDive, Bank Administration Institute, ABA Banking Journal, UpCity, The Financial Brand, Industry Dive, BankBeat, American Banker, Tearsheet, Bank Automation News, and more.
Gretchen Renaud
VP, Customer Success & Strategic Partnerships
Responsible for the Business Operations of PrintMail since 2006, Gretchen manages Strategic Partnerships with customers, vendors, and 3rd-party integrations, as well as pursues new partnership opportunities. Gretchen spent the first 10 years of her career in operations and sales management in the horticulture field. For the past 16+ years at PrintMail she has championed the advancement of technology through partnering with industry-leading software and hardware providers to achieve unmatched operational excellence.
Gretchen serves on the Board of Trustees for INg (Imaging Network Group), is a member of Ricoh’s Customer Council, and is a frequent presenter at INg Conferences, the Inkjet Summit, Ricoh’s INTERACT, and many other industry events, sharing her and PrintMail’s experiences and successes.
Jim Toohey
Vice President of Finance and Administration
As Vice President of Finance and Administration at PrintMail, Jim is responsible for accounting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, insurance and HR. Jim brings extensive experience in setting and attaining financial goals by employing a strategic and analytical approach to business processes and an ongoing passion for continuous improvement.
Prior to Printmail, Jim was the CFO of several mid-market, private equity owned companies in industries spanning direct mail, direct marketing and food manufacturing. Earlier in Jim’s career he held mid-level finance positions in the telecommunications, airline and computer industries.
Jim earned an MBA in Finance from George Washington University and a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland.
